Menovin Tablet
The Menovin tablet is an Ayurvedic formulation that uses traditional Ayurvedic herbs to help relieve symptoms of perimenopause. Perimenopause is the period of transition that occurs before the actual menopause and is the period when the estrogen levels in a woman’s body start gradually falling. Western medicine treats such disorders with hormone replacement therapy that comes with a host of side effects. On the other hand, the natural ingredients in the Menovin tablet treat peri-menopause symptoms and balance estrogen levels in a safe and natural way. It is a safe Ayurvedic medicine for menstrual regulation.

Menovin Tablet - The Safe Ayurvedic Medicine For Menopause
The Menovin tablet is an Ayurvedic medicine for menopause that helps to balance the hormonal fluctuations that cause most of the perimenopause symptoms. Well-controlled perimenopausal syndrome results in fewer problems with post menopause symptoms. Menovin tablet is an ideal replacement for the practice of treating perimenopause with perimenopause hormone therapy. By regulating the estrogen level in the body it is an Ayurvedic medicine for hot flashes.

Cause Of Peri-menopause And Related Symptoms
  • During a  woman’s menstrual cycle an egg is released by one of the ovaries every month. The ovaries also produce the hormones estrogen and progesterone. The rise and fall of these hormones and their levels in relation to each other control the timing and the events of each phase of the menstrual cycle.
  • Menopause is when a woman stops having menstrual cycles. This signifies the end of her reproductive years when she can no longer have a child naturally.
  • Menopause is a natural phenomenon and usually occurs after the age of 40. However, in some people, it can occur earlier. Surgical removal of or damage to the ovaries through chemotherapy can abruptly cause menopause.
  • Menopause is preceded by a period when the estrogen levels in the body fall gradually. This period is called the perimenopause. It is the transitional period to menopause and fertility levels fall during this stage.
  • Perimenopause lasts around 4 years on average. This average is not applicable to all women. Some women have perimenopausal syndrome symptoms for less than a year while others have it for as long as 10 years. In some women, it starts in the 40s and in others in the 30s. The last phase of perimenopause sees a quicker drop in estrogen levels and the symptoms of per-menopause intensify.
  • Peri-menopause ends one year after the last period.
  • The period after menopause is called post-menopause.
  • The most obvious sign of perimenopause is an erratic menstrual cycle. Some women have an abrupt stop to their menstrual period while others suffer from irregular menstruation through the perimenopause phase. Irregular menstrual periods are interspersed with periods of heavy bleeding.
  • The falling hormone levels cause a range of symptoms that range from the uncomfortable to the more serious. Perimenopause symptoms include fatigue, hot flushes/flashes, breast tenderness, hair loss, headaches, sudden episodes of perspiration at night, weight gain, urine leakage, and muscular pain. Peri-menopausal women can also experience lower libido, mood swings, depression, irritability, anxiety, fuzzy thinking and problems with sleeping.
  • Western medicine recommends perimenopausal syndrome treatment with low dose hormonal birth control for menstrual regulation and to avoid sudden lows and spikes on hormone levels. HRT or hormone replacement therapy also helps to manage the symptoms of perimenopause. Vaginal lubricants and topical hormones are prescribed for vaginal dryness. Antidepressant medications have been helpful in perimenopausal syndrome treatment. Since women who are approaching menopause are at a higher risk of osteoporosis, calcium and Vit D supplements are also prescribed to prevent peri and post-menopause problems.

Ayurveda And Menopause
Ayurveda is based on the three doshas of Vata, Kapha, and Pitta. The system of Ayurveda views each symptom as a result of the change of balance between the doshas. Each person has a body that is more inclined to one of these doshas. Aging and menopause are a transition to the Vata phase of life. This change in the dosha balance is what causes the symptoms of menopause. The Dosha type of the person before this phase of life determines the nature and intensity of the symptoms.
According to Ayurveda, Ama is the metabolic waste that is generated by the body when there is improper or incomplete digestion. This Ama should ideally be avoided by fully and efficiently digesting the food. When there is a presence of Ama in the body it adds to the intensity of the peri-menopausal symptoms. Stress and overthinking also aggravate problems. Ayurveda recommends that a diet that aggravates Vata should be avoided. One must eat a healthy diet of fresh and unprocessed food to keep the digestive process efficient and avoid the formation of Ama. Heavy foods that are hard to digest should be avoided especially at night. A regular meal schedule is to be followed. Sleep and adequate rest are very important to avoid aggravating anxiety and stress-related issues. Enough rest should be taken during menstruation. Regular and gentle exercise is beneficial.
