HOW TO USE:
Start at the inner corner of your eye and reach to the end. Draw the pencil along either the lash line or the water line of your eye. For your eyelid, start at the inner corner and draw a line along your lash line. For a dramatic look you can draw a short line that tilts upward at a 45-degree angle from the outer corner of the upper lash line. Use crisp strokes back and forth along the original line to deepen the effects of magikohl.
