How to Use Baidyanath Saptgun Tail

It is to be massaged to the outer side of the body. It is very effective if it is heated for 2 to 3 minutes in a steel bowl up to so much that it should give only warmth feeling to your body skin, be careful in heating the oil it should not be heated so much that it burns your skin. During Massage move your hand slowly from upside down for at least fifteen to twenty times so that oil can get absorbed and ease the pain.
