Rhus toxicodendron: Indicated for tearing pains in tendons and ligaments with irresistible desire to move or change the position, followed by relief for a short time; when they move again the same relief follows which is for a short time. Symptoms are worse from exertion, after fatigue, from getting wet and cold.
Bryonia alba : It covers pain as from a bruise, or of subcutaneous ulceration, or as if the flesh is detached from the bones, dragging with pressure on the periosteum. General uneasiness, sensation of pulling throughout the whole body, weariness and weakness, especially in the morning, or on walking in the open air are relieved by this medicine.
Filipendula ulmaria : It is useful in conditions of heaviness in lower limbs, especially on ascending steps, exhaustion with stretching and yawning, and discomfort after siesta.
Cimicifuga racemosa : Aching limbs, excessive muscular soreness, uneasy feeling in limbs, causing restlessness, weakness, trembling and spasmodic action of the muscles. General bruised and sore feeling of the whole body are effectively covered by this ingredient.
