• Nimbu ras is used in the secretion of digestive enzymes for improving digestion.
• The botanical name of Hing (Asafoetida) is Ferula foetida and it is used as a carminative. 
• The botanical name of Sontha is Zingiber officinale and it is used as carminative, digestive, stimulant, and expectorant.

Adults can take 1-3 tablets and children can take 1/4 - 1/2 tablet two times a day after meals with slightly warm water.
